Today I am going to explain how we can use " other " and "the other", and what is the difference between them.
The other Vs. Other
1-The other:
We can use the other with singular or plural countable nouns.
1. With singular noun means the second of two things or people.
For example:
We have two cars; one is corolla the other is land cruiser. Of course we have these cars that I mentioned them in addition to the Hilux ðŸ¤
2. The other with plural noun means the remaining people or things in a group.
For example:
There are ten students in our class. Five of them are from Sana'a. The other students are from Damt.

2- Other:
We can use other with uncountable nouns and singular or plural countable nouns as explained below:
1. Used to refer to people things that are additional or different.
Examples:
There are a few students in our class. One student is from Ibb.
Another student is from Egypt. Other students are from Austria.
2-This one’s too big. Do you have it in other sizes?
2. Other can be placed before the pronoun “ones” when the meaning is clear from the text before it.
For example:
We don’t want these pairs. We want the other ones.
3. Used to refer to the second of two people or things.
For example:
My other brother is a civil engineer. Indeed, I have a brother who is a civil engineer.
